Rules & Regulations

1. General Conduct

  • All guests must follow the instructions of staff and security personnel at all times.
  • Guests must behave respectfully towards fellow guests, staff, and property.
  • Strictly do not touch props or exhibits inside the museum.
  • Our crew will assist you in clicking your photos inside the venue. Use of personal cameras inside certain experience areas may be restricted.
  • Food and beverages are strictly not allowed inside the attraction areas.
  • Footwear is not allowed inside the attraction zones. Guests are requested to comply for safety and hygiene.
  • Guests must follow queue systems and staff instructions at all times.
  • Smoking, alcohol consumption, and the use of narcotic substances are strictly prohibited inside the premises.
  • Guests must wear appropriate attire as per the park’s dress code.

2. Ticketing & Entry

  • Entry is permitted only with a valid ticket purchased through our official website, partner outlets, or on-site counters.
  • Tickets are non-transferable and valid only for the specified date and time.
  • Management reserves the right to verify guest identity and age proof at the time of entry or during the visit.
  • Entry will not be permitted after the closure of park operating hours.

3. Safety & Liability

  • Guests are responsible for their own safety and belongings.
  • Children must always be accompanied and supervised by an adult.
  • Guests with medical conditions, heart issues, pregnancy, or similar health concerns should consult their doctor before using any attractions.
  • Management is not liable for injuries, losses, or damages incurred while using the attractions or facilities.
  • Use attractions only as per safety guidelines and restrictions displayed or communicated by staff.

4. Attractions & Facilities

  • Certain attractions may have height, weight, age, or health restrictions.
  • The management reserves the right to temporarily close any attraction for maintenance or safety reasons without prior notice.
  • Outside food and beverages are not allowed unless specifically permitted.

5. Personal Belongings

  • We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to your personal belongings inside the venue. Please take care of your items.
  • Guests are advised to use lockers where provided.

6. Photography & Media

  • Personal photography and videography are permitted only for private use.
  • Commercial photography, media shoots, or drone usage is strictly prohibited without prior written approval from the management.

7. Environmental Responsibility

  • Guests are requested to maintain cleanliness and use designated dustbins.
  • Spitting, littering, or vandalizing property will attract penalties or removal from the premises.

8. Force Majeure

  • The park may be closed or operations disrupted without notice in case of natural calamities, technical failures, or any force majeure event.

9. Violation of Rules

  • Any violation of these Rules & Regulations may lead to removal from the premises without refund or legal action as deemed necessary by the management.

10. Jurisdiction

  • All disputes, claims, or matters arising out of or relating to these Rules & Regulations shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Mysuru, Karnataka.
