All tickets purchased through https://www.grsupdown.com or any affiliated platforms are non-refundable and non-cancellable once the booking is confirmed.
Date changes are permitted, subject to the following conditions:
Date change requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the booked date.
Any difference in ticket price between the original and the new date (including offers, promotions, or price changes) must be paid by the customer.
Date change is subject to availability and at the sole discretion of GRS UpDown.
2. No-Show Policy
In case of no-show (guest does not visit on the selected date and fails to inform us within the permitted time for date change), the ticket will be considered fully utilized and no refund or credit will be provided.
3. Event Cancellation by Organizer
In the unlikely event of cancellation of services by GRS UpDown due to reasons like maintenance, weather conditions, or regulatory orders:
Customers may be offered an alternative date, voucher, or refund, at the discretion of the management.
GRS UpDown’s decision in such situations will be final and binding.
4. Technical Failures & Payment Issues
For failed or duplicate transactions, refunds (if applicable) will be processed after internal verification.
Refunds in such cases will be processed within 7–10 working days.
5. Force Majeure
GRS UpDown shall not be liable for cancellations, delays, or non-fulfillment due to events beyond its control (including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, pandemics, or technical failures).
